Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and photography. Please note:
- Colour variations may occur due to natural fibres, dye lots, and screen display differences.
- Rugs may show slight size variances due to the handmade nature of our production.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices at the time of purchase are final.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
Production Times
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide but are not guaranteed. We’ll keep you informed if delays occur due to:
- Material supply issues
- Manufacturing
- complications
Shipping disruptions
Delivery
- Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
- Risk and responsibility pass to the customer once the rug is delivered.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Natural Custom Rugs until payment has cleared in full.
Intellectual Property
Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from delays, defects, or other issues unless required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
